Simon
Co Founder of Draig Creations
Studied art and graphic design, developing a passion for creativity from a young age. He began working at just 15, starting as a Part Time warehouse operative and steadily progressing into management roles through hard work and determination. After transitioning into retail, Simon continued to build his leadership experience.
Following the impact of COVID, he decided it was time to return to his creative roots. Using his graphic design skills, he launched **Draig Creations** in early 2024, turning his long-held passion into a growing business.
Tracey
Co Founder & Head Sales
Has spent her entire career in retail, working her way up through a variety of roles to reach management level. Known for her strong customer focus and warm, outgoing personality, Tracey has always excelled at building connections—something her customers genuinely love about her.
After COVID, Tracey chose to put her retail experience and customer service skills to new use. Together with her husband, she helped launch **Draig Creations**, quickly becoming the public face of the business. Her energy, approachability, and passion for people continue to play a key role in the company’s growing success.
Aisling
TikTok Superstar & Part Time Sales
Has been building her experience in retail since leaving school, enjoying her role working in a local bakery. Alongside this, she returned to college to study childcare and has ambitions to further her education in law and accountancy in the near future.
Like many teenagers, Aisling loves TikTok and brings that creative energy into Draig Creations, where she’s currently working on some exciting social media ideas. She also helps out on the stall at shows and fairs, quickly becoming a familiar and friendly face of the business. Her enthusiasm, curiosity, and growing skill set make her a valued part of the Draig Creations team.
Ethan
Head of Social Media, Tech & Digital
Has built a strong career in hospitality, rising quickly through the ranks. Just one year after leaving school, he became an assistant manager for a major brewery chain—a testament to his work ethic, leadership, and people skills.
Alongside his hospitality career, Ethan has always had a passion for computer programming and social media. Naturally, this led him to take on a part-time role behind the scenes at Draig Creations, where he manages the technology and social media presence. Though often working quietly in the background, Ethan plays a key part in keeping the business connected, organised, and digitally sharp.
The Tools That Power Our Work
We use advanced tools, including four laser engravers, a vinyl cutting machine, and a sublimation printer. This equipment allows us to engrave wood, leather, and many other materials. In addition, we produce custom T-shirts, mugs, hats, and signs.
